Boeing is seeking a talented and regionally based Senior Asset Management Focal, (Facilities Analyst) (level 4 or level 5), to join our exceptional team. With positions available in Everett, WA, or Hazelwood, MO this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a regional scale while occasionally traveling to other Boeing facilities across the United States.

As an Asset Management Focal, you will be an integral part of the Planning & Asset Management (P&AM) Center of Expertise (COE) within the Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team. Your primary mission will be to help build and implement an innovative asset management system that optimizes the delivery and performance of Boeings facilities and infrastructure systems.

To excel in this role, you will draw upon the skills outlined in the Institute of Asset Management (IAM)s Competences Framework. You will facilitate an integrated approach to infrastructure systems strategy development, demand identification, capacity analysis, capital and expense planning, and life-cycle asset management in alignment with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 55000 series standards. Your expertise will guide the organization towards its core objectives across multiple geographic sites and business functions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leaders, planners, and technical liaisons to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and infrastructure capacity

  • Integrate tasks related to life cycle management (e.g., strategy development, asset/system condition assessment, maintenance, capital planning, mapping, asset commissioning, and other related work)

  • Collaborate with systems owners to develop strategic plans to identify, map, and segment complex systems of assets into manageable pieces, building a centrally aligned inventory

  • Define required levels of service (e.g., condition, capacity, compliance, configuration, etc.) and other business-driven requirements for infrastructure systems

  • Implement an assessment program that strategically evaluates asset and system suitability to meet defined levels of service

  • Manage risk associated with system functionality born on data-driven asset performance metrics

  • Develop and analyze business cases, as well as conduct studies and research to determine the feasibility and viability of alternatives

  • Analyze trend data and identifies opportunities for improvement

  • Support budget and business plan development

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5&43; years of experience in asset management

  • 5&43; years of experience developing strategic Long Range Business Plans

  • 5&43; years of experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions

  • 5&43; years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or related field

  • Up to 10- 20 travel is required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • 5&43; years of experience executing asset management systems in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 55000 Standard (or similar policy-level governance structure) by applying the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) Competences Framework

  • 5&43; years of experience prioritizing strategic long-range capital and operating expense business plans within the context of concurrent competing interests

  • 5&43; years of leadership stakeholder integration experience

Typical Education/Experience: 

Level 4:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master&43;8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).

Level 5:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master&43;13 years related work experience, 19 years related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Senior Level 4: $98,650 – $142,600

Senior Level 5:  $125,800 - $181,700
