Responsibilities

• In view of above requirements, the role is for a Security Gateways Practice Leader who has working knowledge of Network security apparatus and their optimized usage in a large Organization as the main responsibility is to drive the practice in charge of the assessment and validation of all Firewall and URL Opening Flows both on prem and on cloud.

• Challenge traditional ways of thinking and propose new ideas. Establish and maintain privileged collaborative relationships within Airbus and act as a focal point for key stakeholders like cyber architects, network teams, etc…

• Ensure the service is delivered on time and quality (backlog of requests, SLAs reached, customer satisfaction.)

• Deliver and maintain operational Dashboards and reports.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service focusing on customer satisfaction and keeping in mind processes industrialization, automation and simplification.

• Keep operational and technical documentation up to date.

• Promote the service through awareness sessions, events and communication kits.

• In addition to the leadership role, the Security Gateways Practice Leader will be involved in day to day operations and should not only have experience on relevant tools but also on the Change Request Management which documents the need for the change. (Change management process and a method to track the information of the changes done).

• This involves coordination with various upstream and downstream teams

• To be able to provide clear visibility to the stakeholder and counterparts of overall activities from involvement & effort utilization POV.

This role will be reporting to the head of function or his/her delegates.
Qualification and Experience 

The open position is for persons having at least 6&43; years of cyber security experience with focus on Network Security,Architecture.

• Good Knowledge of Architecture, Network Security-Organisation’s Network Architecture from Security Perspective

• Security by Design Approach

• Organisation’s Network Security Governance Policies

• Good Knowledge on Next Generation Firewalls’ setup, Policy Configurations, HA set up, VPN Set Up, Fine tuning of policies, policy exception handling, Firewall Flow Troubleshooting.

• Good Experience in set up, policy configurations, finetuning of Secure Web Gateway Policies.

• Should have good rationale behind opening flows.

• Good Knowledge of Firewall,Proxy Change Management Process.Tracking and Reporting.

• Good Understanding of Networking, latest trends in Network Security,Common Vulnerabilities of Networks.

• Good Understanding of Cloud Networking and Security.

• Good Understanding of any automation tool for Firewall Policy Implementation.

• Knowledge of Application Security.

• Knowledge of Data Classification and Protection.

As the successful candidate your main tasks & accountabilities are:

• Understand Airbus business and process to exchange with Security Risk & mitigation

aspects.

• Grasp and understand Cyber vulnerabilities to connect them to risk

• Work in MFT (Multi functional Team) inside and outside IM for an End 2 End

perspective

• Plan and commit on recommendations follow-up

• Contribute to cyber risk avoidance
