We are looking for an SMS Data Management Lead to join our high performing Operational Safety team within the airline’s Operational Integrity & Safety group. The Operational Safety team supports our Safety Management System (SMS) and provides enablement and assurance to Air New Zealand’s operational areas. This role requires a mix of operational, technical and data analysis expertise to ensure continued development of our safety analysis and reporting capability.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively apply their aviation knowledge and data analysis skills when utilising systems such as Power BI, KoruSafe (ETQ), Aerobytes Flight Data Monitoring (Aerobytes FDM) and CEFA Flight Animation Software (CEFA FAS).

This is an Auckland-based position, but applications from suitably qualified candidates based elsewhere in New Zealand will be considered noting that regular travel would be required.
