Qality analyst-APQP Leader

Job Description:

1.Focal Point for APQP process in Plant BRA/PAS BRA

2.Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the APQP process for new products transfer and development projects 

3.Lead cross-functional teams throughout the APQP process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 

4.Define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, and track progress against targets, ensuring that all necessary activities are completed within the required timeframe.

5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or product quality.

6.Leading and facilitating the workshops with cross-functional teams for developing and maintaining APQP documentation, e.g process flows, PFMEAs Control plans, and PPAP documentation, ensuring timely completion and submission of APQP deliverables

7.Carrying out APQP internal training to ensure alignment with APQP principles and best practices.

8.Conducting root cause analysis , leading corrective actions plan to address quality issues identified during the APQP process and implementing lessons learned
