The easyJet holidays Finance team works closely with the business, providing financial management and insight across all areas of the operation. We are recruiting for a Projects Finance Manager who will play a key role in the delivery of strategic initiatives across the wider business, not just within finance.

This is a hands-on projects role. Youll bring finance expertise into complex, cross-functional programmes, helping teams understand the financial impact of change and ensuring finance requirements are properly embedded from the start. 

Youll work across a range of business-led and finance-led initiatives and your responsibilities will include:

Business Analysis & Change
•    Documenting business requirements, user stories and process flows for finance and wider business strategic initiatives
•    Analysing and clearly explaining the impact of change on finance processes, systems and controls to a range of stakeholders
•    Acting as a bridge between Finance, Technology, Data, Commercial and Operations to ensure solutions are workable and meet business needs
•    Supporting the setup, implementation and testing of finance systems, BI tools and data platforms, with a focus on end to end process integrity
•    Defining success measures and benefits realisation for finance change initiatives

Portfolio & Project Support
•    Providing regular reporting on project status, risks and issues as part of finance updates and governance boards
•    Supporting robust end to end testing of finance systems, including the production of finance use cases, test plans and acceptance criteria
•    Contributing to quarterly portfolio planning to ensure finance deliverables stay aligned to wider business priorities
•    Identifying finance risks and dependencies, and supporting the implementation of mitigating actions where needed
•    Keeping the backlog current and ensuring items are captured and reviewed as part of prioritisation

Stakeholder Management
•    Building strong working relationships across finance, technology and programme teams
•    Collaborating with business stakeholders to define and prioritise system requirements
•    Maintaining effective cross functional relationships, acting as a subject matter expert to a diverse and sometimes demanding set of stakeholders
•    Supporting project and product teams in understanding the impact of change through clear, practical impact assessments

What youll bring to the team:

Youll be a qualified finance professional (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a finance business partnering environment, and a strong track record in project, change or systems focused roles. Beyond that, were looking for someone who can demonstrate:

•    Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with the ability to gather and translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders
•    Strong documentation and process mapping skills, including As-Is / To-Be flows
•    Finance systems knowledge, confident Excel skills, and an interest in automation, AI tools and data-led system design
•    Comfort working with technical teams, delivery partners and vendors
•    Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio and O365, and an understanding of Agile ways of working
•    Clear, structured communication with the ability to make complex change feel manageable for those it affects

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
