ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMAs a Project Manager you will drive a variety of project initiatives that meets the needs of our customer base. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with colleagues and customers located worldwide. Success in this role means you pay attention to detail, be time sensitive, possess influencing skills and enjoy working with others of diverse backgrounds.
As LAC team, we manage projects in Latin America and Caribbean countries, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects for airports and airline customers, ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and high service quality in mission-critical aviation environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing initiatives from inception through successful closure.
- Manage projects of varying size and complexity while driving scope, schedule, and quality outcomes.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
- Track project progress against plans and take corrective actions to address deviations.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, management, and customers to ensure alignment.
- Maintain strong customer focus, partnering closely to meet project goals and satisfaction targets.
- Produce clear, accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, governance updates, and lessons learned.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Formal Project Management training; PMP certification is recommended but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project management role; experience in the Air Transport industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent customer communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including Network and Server operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and programs of varying sizes, complexities, budgets, and deliverables in a commercial environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
