Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology or equivalent work experience in airline operations required

Minimum 4-5 years relevant work experience
Experience leading the planning and execution of large projects from defining scope, goals and deliverables to ensuring project is adhering to timelines and meeting the stakeholder’s needs
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and workstreams at once
Strong communication skills with the ability to produce and deliver logical, concise, relevant, strategic documents and executive presentations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of successfully working in a cross-departmental team environment
Must be open to feedback from, and prioritize the needs of, a diverse set of stakeholders
Must demonstrate the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels in the organization
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
