As a member of JTF Sierra, you will be part of SNCs innovation cell, tasked with driving cutting-edge solutions to complex problems. In this role, you will be responsible for all programmatic aspects of your assigned projects, with a specific focus on customer relationship, cost, schedule, and technical planning, tracking, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved and will participate in business resource planning and tracking in coordination with other corporate entities.
As a Program Manager II, you will also be responsible for formulating a team that can fulfill program requirements, identifying, tracking, and resolving program issues and problems, and managing program risk. You will conduct routine meetings, interface on project/program status, develop proposals, research/fact-find, coordinate audits, and negotiate with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.
You will support the program director and Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities and play a crucial role in driving innovation and success at SNC through JTF Sierra.The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Must-haves:
- Bachelors degree in Business, or technical related discipline
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Proficient leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
- Requires ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
- Experience in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplines.
- Experience with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes. Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $138,634.92 - $190,623.01. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
