Job Description:
Program Manager Job Summary:
• Manage the program efforts for the evolution of existing and new ancillary aircraft products and small and
large scale integration projects
• Leads the various phases of program design, manufacturing, testing, certification, and program
sustainment
• Coordinate with OEMs, Suppliers/Vendors, & the FAA in conjunction with internal and external customers
supporting the design and evolution of aircraft and customer facing products
• Develop and maintain awareness of pertinent industry activities and technology trends that drives
continuous improvement to both process and products.
• Establish work prioritization and balances multiple concurrent projects.
• Responsible for on-time deliverables that are within scope and change requests as customer requirements
evolve.
• Identify potential schedule and work scope risks, develop, and manage mitigation plans.
Program Manager Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field including engineering, math, finance, business or marketing
preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidate must be able to successfully execute and manage the scope, schedule and budget of divisional
and cross-divisional projects.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, and able to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to travel up to 10 of the time.
