What you need to do the role
You’ll need strong experience managing end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local laws, and timely delivery. Confidence using systems like Workday, Excel, and SharePoint is key, along with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to resolve issues quickly. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with HR, Finance, vendors, and unions.
Fluency in Italian and a solid understanding of Italian payroll legislation, social security, and reporting requirements is crucial. Experience with Italian payroll systems and managing a small team is also important.
We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, resilient, and collaborative—someone who can work well under pressure and stay focused on delivering a great service.

Location & Hours of Works
This full-time role will be 40 hours per week but hybrid – based in Milan Malpensa area up to 3 days per week at office - WTC via del Gregge 100 – Lonate Pozzolo (Va)
