Join our fantastic Payments team, nestled within the broader Treasury function, where innovation and growth are the name of the game. As a Payment Product Manager, youll lead on the optimisation of easyJets payment solutions, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your role will involve crafting and refining our Payments roadmap, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery. With an eye on enhancing customer experience and driving revenue, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our payments strategy and executing it to perfection.

In this role, youll wear multiple hats, from administering third-party payment portals to supporting financial processes and mitigating fraud risks. Youll dive into the nitty-gritty of data management, generating insightful reports and providing crucial inputs for strategic decision-making. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to regulatory compliance, budget creation, and building collaborative relationships across departments. Job Requirements:

What you need to do the role
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years of payments experience in a similar role, coupled with significant change management expertise. You will demonstrate the strong ability to navigate roadmaps for delivery and manage cross-functional IT impacts.
Experience in multiple PSP and card acquirer environments, handling high transaction volumes, is essential, along with familiarity with omnichannel and various transaction processing scenarios.

Proficiency in payments data management and reporting within a large, fast-paced e-commerce setting is required, as is the ability to manage external relationships with PSPs and acquirers. Strong presentation and analytical skills are necessary for issue resolution and proposal development, with the capability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple work streams concurrently.
You will have exceptional communication skills, both interpersonal and negotiation, alongside a high level of integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, as well as strong MS Office skills, are also essential for this role.

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
