Tasks
Your tasks as Operational Readiness - Program Stream Lead may include, among others:
- Independently manage and supervise development within the project streams in a time and cost-efficient manner, support change ensures successful transfer and stabilization into routine operation
- Design business and/or production processes
- Develop and implement measures to optimize business and/or production processes
- Efficiently communicate with corresponding LHT interfaces or other involved business units
- Prepare and participate and present in meetings with Senior Management as required and directed by the Head of PMO
- Manage change initiated by transformation projects, provide instructions and trainings
- Managing risks: Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the responsible project stream is delivered on time

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in project management, particularly in engineering or construction projects
- At least 5+ years of experience in international business environment
- Successfully managed and delivered over 5 large-scale projects
- Business fluency in English language required
- Knowledge of risk management principles and best practices
- PMP or similar certification is desirable
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Resilience to stress and high workload, conflict management skills
- Willingness to work in Canada and abroad
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
