Customer Focus – Understand our customer’s perspective and what they value, prioritize our work to deliver customer impact, measure site performance through our customer’s eyes, and listen to learn and improve from external feedback.
Continuous Improvement – Build a candid, humble and transparent approach to problem solving and learning at the site, constantly searching for a better way, improving our standards via a proactive kaizen mindset.
