Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Supply Base Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The Mid-Level Supply Base Management Specialist will participate in the development and execution of supply base plans and integrate with customer, program and commodity strategies, as well as supplier and business improvement activities for the Executive Transport team.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies
Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities
Develops mitigation plans
Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities
Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+ year of experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
1+ year of experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts
1+ year of experience working in a multi-functional team environment

Summary pay range: $82,450 – $101,850
