As the Manager, Vendor Maintenance you will develop relationships with MROs and relevant suppliers on behalf of JSX. Ensure tooling, parts, manpower and expectations are established well in advance of scheduled work. Maintain oversight and support during all scheduled events. Promote efficient, compliant, and timely handling of JSX aircraft. Ensure quality and safety are never compromised. Provide detailed status reports and timelines on a continuous basis.

Fine Print
- Must hold valid violation free FAA-issued Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (essential requirement)
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma (essential requirement)
- Ten or more years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance, materials management, or contract negotiation and execution (essential requirement)
- Two years aviation management experience (essential requirement)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written and must be fluent in English (essential requirement)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications (essential requirement)
- Experience using electronic maintenance tracking programs (essential requirement)
- Ability to travel greater than 50 of the time (essential requirement)
- Must be able to pass required background check and requirements for Airport SIDA Access (essential requirement)
- Valid Drivers License (essential requirement)
- Valid Passport (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks
Compensation range $xx,xxx - $xx,xxx. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
