BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of recruiting experience or 10+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of experience leading a recruiting team
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting top talent
- Success recruiting both engineering and non-technical roles
- Experience leading a team to meet late breaking high-volume need requests in a production environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and critical searches, simultaneously
- Experience implementing successful sourcing strategies
- Proficient in leading and influencing hiring managers in the process of talent acquisition
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Manager, Recruiting: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. This position is also eligible for a recruiting bonus plan.
