To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Human Resources/Compensation & Benefits : 8+ Years
- Degree or Honours: A post-graduate diploma in HR management or CIPD is preferable but not essential.
- Experience at least 5 years should have been at a Management level in a Remuneration/ Compensation role.
You'll have an edge if you have:
- Experience in global compensation and benefits, ideally within the airline or allied industries.
- Ability to lead complex total rewards plans and strategies in large, multinational organisations.
- Strong understanding of global labour laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing at the executive level.
- Leadership expertise in managing teams of specialists, experts, consultants, and managers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP, SPHR) is a plus.
