Coordinate the maintenance department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management.

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain a skilled maintenance team.
• Train and supervise a team of 3-5 technicians and 1 AOG Technician.
• Collaborate with outside vendors and clients to schedule and perform maintenance tasks.

• Expertise in preventive maintenance, maintenance management, electrical and mechanical systems, and aviation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead, supervisor, or managerial role.
• A&P license.

• Experience with piston, Cirrus, or Corridor is preferred.
• IA certification is a plus.
