Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager (f/m) to join our Infrastructures & Digital Platforms department based in Marignane or in Dugny, Paris-Le Bourget, France.
As part of the Hosting PSL (Product Service Line), you will design and steer the Hosting demand management board and manage the incidents and changes processes. You will work in collaboration with the Operational Contract manager to steer and support our providers for the operations of all Airbus Helicopters Hosting solutions based in France and Germany.

Your Challenges
As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will:
Design, document and steer the Demand Management Board with the support of the Product Managers and Solution Architects
Implement operational routines to monitor the incidents and changes, reporting and validating SLA when applicable.
Support the preparation and participate to the Service Management Boards with the providers
Standardize the recurrent requests and changes, suggest and follow-up new service catalog offers and automations, to support the objective of delivering the Hosting services in quality and on the least time, thanks to a continuous improvement mindset.

You are service oriented, always seeking for quality and simplicity, framed by the processes and constraints. You are able to explain your decisions to the requesters on rationales.
You have a team spirit, sharing your knowledge but able to be autonomous even in complex situations. You are open minded nesses, welcome feedback
You have knowledge on the ITIL framework
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
