IT Program Manager

Job Description:

DPP is seeking an IT Program Manager for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry.

Work location: Partial onsite (Tues., Wed., Thurs.) and as needed
Duration: 12 months
Term: W2 contract

Proven ability to manage all phases of work effort from inception to completion.
Strategic thinking skills.

Required:

MS Project

Nice to have:

ServiceNow
PMP certification

Minimum required work experience:

7 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams.
Completion of the client’s Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall delivery of ServiceNow module implementations.
Schedule and recap meetings and stand-ups, assign and track tasks daily.
Maintain MS Project project plan, timeline, budget and all auditable artifacts in other appropriate formats.
Deliver quality products on time, within budgeted hours. Monitor tasks, assignments, and hours daily.
Compile and deliver clear briefing slides and other communications and status reports.
Assign appropriate resources and escalate quickly.
Track key milestones and adjust project plans to meet the needs of work effort.
Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation, providing excellent customer service along the way.

About the team:

Part of the Enterprise Delivery Services – Project Management Services (ServiceNow Portfolio) team.
The portfolio includes four additional Project Managers dedicated exclusively to ServiceNow initiatives.
Focused on the implementation of ServiceNow, a multi-million-dollar, three-year program with a robust pipeline of ongoing and future work.
Operates within a co-located team environment, working alongside Design, Development, and PMO teams to ensure close collaboration and alignment.

Team culture is collaborative and close-knit, with regular team-building activities such as lunches and happy hours.
Onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday.

Required education/equivalency:

Bachelor&39;s Degree
OR, 2 years of job related experience plus an Associate degree in any major
OR, 4 years of job related work experience (total 11 years without a degree)
