As an HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy at Honeywell.In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with various HR functions,including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will partner withbusiness leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidanceand support. As an HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute tothe development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs thatfoster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. As a peopleleader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supportingour employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across thecompany. You will report directly to our HR Director, and you will work out of our location on a 3day-work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Pay Range for Roles in Specific Location:
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range forthis position is <$106K - $144K>. Please note that this salary informationserves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors whenextending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilitiesof the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, keyskills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum 8+ years of Human Resources experience
  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferred with a concentration in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development
