Front Of House Regional Manager

e are currently recruiting for Front of House Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of FoH contracts for leading property management and real estate services firm in Manchester.

 You&8217;ll inspire and manage a team of 10-15 receptionists across multiple properties, ensuring exceptional customer experiences for clients, occupiers, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high service standards through audits and feedback.
• Resolve client and guest queries promptly.
• Innovate and enhance FoH service offerings.
• Coordinate site cover and manage recruitment.
• Lead and motivate team members, ensuring performance excellence.
• Monitor financials and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Proven team management skills across multiple sites.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Financial awareness and HR procedural knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office, adaptable, and able to work independently.
