Join our Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment C-130J Team at Warner Robins Air Force Base, Georgia! As the Field Logistics Support Representative, the selected candidate will serve as the main supply chain logistics liaison for our C-130J internal and external customers and our strategic partners across the C-130J fleet. The selected candidate will function as the Lockheed Martin subject matter expert for fleet supply chain management initiatives and customer engagement. This position will also be responsible for briefing senior level management on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics. Must have strong project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and fluid environment.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Monitor aircraft Planned Depo Maintenance (PDM) scheduling, initiation, and support follow on actions
• Providing Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) support
• Analyzing and resolving customer-raised Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment issues
• Assist the customer with Part Number and/or National Stock Number clarification
• Providing effective material survey support and management of non-conformance/quarantine issues
• Respond to priority customer requests required for mission support, to include after-hours support
• Must be a US Citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting and must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• At least 5 years experience with Supply Chain Logistics and Inventory Management
• Experience with Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) support, component repair cycle management, and Target Stock Level management
• Experience with data analysis and metrics development, tracking, and reporting
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:

• Prior Field Service Rep experience in a PDM environment
• Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements
• Knowledge of the following management systems: SAP, GOLD, GOLDESP, FEDLOG
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
