The Distribution Partner Manager is responsible fordelivering the distributors quarterly and annual revenue objectives, cashcollections and supporting profitability objectives.  The Distribution Partner Manager will lead inventorymanagement with the distributor to support on-time project deployment and forrun rate growth.  The DistributionPartner Manager will manage the associated forecast and pipeline alignment withthe distributor.  The DistributionPartner Manager will have a strong understanding of operational processes andcan facilitate ease of doing business improvements.

The Distribution Partner Manager will inspire and helpexecute commercial initiatives to increase Honeywells preference and share ofdemand with the distributor to grow sales out and run rate.  This includes channel and deal accelerationprograms, establishing effective and trusted relationships at all levels withinthe distributor, including sales reps, functional leaders and executives  The Distribution Partner Manager will alsoengage with channel partners to help create and execution sales outperformance.   

The annual base salaryrange for this position in California and New York (excluding most majormetropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $100,000-120,000.  For Washington and most majormetropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary rangeis $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • High visibility networking across all levels in distributor organizational teams
  • Drive a strong MOS to support achievement of sales KPIs
  • Effectively manage the dedicated Honeywell team at the distributor to defined metrics
  • Deliver distributor performance agreement to support quarterly SRO and annual achievement
  • Excellent analytical skills for accurate on-time pipeline management & demand planning
  • Manage distributors inventory to accelerate customer acceptance of NPI and reduce IOS
  • Prepare and present the quarterly business review for the distribution account.
  • Establish relationships with key channel partners to improve Honeywell preference.
  • Contribute to channel promotions & other initiatives to increase share of demand and preference.
  • Own the creation & execution of the distributors commercial & marketing plan.

MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, ideally with a proven track record of managing distribution or channel accounts

  • Experience in Distribution sales or Sales enablement
  • A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
  • Ability to build & maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders cross functionally.
  • Strong operational skills and awareness including in areas of process improvement, pipeline, forecasting and demand planning.
  • Business analytics skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), as well as Tableau
