Seeking a dedicated Director of Flight Operations to oversee the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations for a leading mobile intensive care provider. The role involves ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, actively contributing to the safety culture, leading the Flight Operations team, and managing crucial operational documents and processes. This position requires a professional who can handle high-level coordination and management tasks to maintain and enhance operational efficiency and safety standards.
Hard Skills
- Current Learjet 35 type rating
- Must meet 14 CFR Part 119 requirements
- Part 135 experience
- Knowledge of General Operations Manual procedures
- Proficiency in electronic record keeping systems
- Develop and revise aircraft MEL
- Adept at pilot/crew training and flight operational control
Soft Skills- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ethical and professional conduct
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
