Are you a hands-on, strategic thinker ready to lead and develop an Enterprise Architecture team?
In this role, you’ll recruit, support, and guide the team, making sure our architecture function meets the company’s needs and keeps things running smoothly.
Youll also play a key role in shaping our IT and Enterprise architecture, helping us work smarter, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Educate – Hold a college or university degree in a relevant field.
- Experience – Possess broad IT expertise in development, integration, and business systems.
- Optimize – Utilize tools for efficient IT development and system architecture.
- Architect – Design cloud solutions with AWS and other cloud services.
- Model – Apply domain and data modelling using UML and C4 frameworks.
- Structure – Maintain a strategic and analytical mindset in problem-solving.
- Communicate – Engage effectively with stakeholders using strong people skills.
- Fluent – Demonstrate excellent command of English (written and oral).
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Align IT strategy with company goals and key principles, including security and cloud standards.
- Standardize software, frameworks, and hardware to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Oversee system interactions, data exchange, and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain system documentation and evaluate new initiatives for strategic impact.
- Support procurement processes and drive operational excellence through DevSecOps and cost control.
- Inspire and train teams while leading governance efforts on security and standardization.
