The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Services Team is seeking a Business Unit Integrator (Experienced or Senior) to join them in Hazelwood, MO.
As part of a dynamic global-facing team supporting domestic and international customers across multiple platforms, these roles will serve as primary financial integrators for the Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP), Estimates at Complete (EACs), financial forecasting, and performance reporting.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops the annual LRBP, monthly financial forecasting, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) customer reporting
Establishes strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers
Assists program managers in driving successful contract execution through budget management and other ad-hoc finance support
Takes overall Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA) for Estimates at Complete, including robust opportunity and risk development
Provides financial guidance and leadership to new business campaigns and sole source pursuits
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience in Finance or related technical business field
3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or EACs
3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with EVMS program reporting or Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) CDRL’s
Experience in supporting or leading projects and delivering results
Experience using exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to show initiative to train, learn, and take independent action
Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance audiences

Summary pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $79,050 – $106,950
Summary pay range (Senior, Level 4): $99,450 – $134,550
