Business Management Partner
Location: Filton (60 onsite)
Rate: 42.39 Umbrella / 31.68 PAYE
Contract: Until Oct 2026 (strong extension potential)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days between 7am–7pm)
Security: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

Key Responsibilities

Managing offload suppliers

Raising and managing purchase orders

Supporting project controlling activities

Workload planning and performance tracking

Driving business and project improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For

Strong all-round business management experience with some project managment experience

Confident working autonomously

Resilient, proactive, and hands-on

Experience in supplier and financial management

Engineering background preferred (open to transferable industries)

Experience valued over formal qualifications
