What you need to do this role
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in leading and developing a high-performing team, a background in operational delivery aligned with strategic goals and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You must also possess excellent organisation, administration, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to prioritise in an ever-changing environment.
Having a strong sense of resilience and being able to perform effectively even under pressure are crucial qualities that we value. This position requires someone with a background working alongside unions.

This is a full-time role and will require 40 hours per week at Newcastle Airport, with participation in out-of-hours on-call roster.
