The Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible to the Base Manager or DOM in his absences. Supervises and oversees maintenance personnel and maintenance performed on company aircraft to ensure aircraft maintenance is performed safely and in accordance with all FAA and Company regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. Ensures facility, tooling and equipment is maintained in compliance with Company and OSHA regulations. Assist the Base Manager in managing the Maintenance operations.

Fine Print:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
- Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturers Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc.
- 6 years’ A&P experience on similar aircraft
- 4 years’ Supervisory, lead experience or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience on Embraer EMB-145 aircraft preferred.
- Able to occasionally lift or move up to 75lbs.
- Must be able to see to perform work and to see approaching vehicles, aircraft, and machinery.
Pay & Perks:
Compensation range $105,704 - $106,704 This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
