What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage all aspects of aircraft maintenance for customer aircraft with our full-service FBO and AOG operations
- Ensure the highest level of safety and operational excellence in keeping the site up to date with company procedures and FAA regulations
- Hire, develop, motivate, and supervise technicians
- Ensure that the facilities, materials, and tools used for maintenance are in good order and adequate to allow the team to conduct their work properly
- Analyze the performance of the maintenance operation and take proactive steps to ensure the team is working in a safe, effective, and scalable manner
- Collaborate with outside vendors and clients to schedule maintenance
- Other duties may be assigned
What You Bring to the Table
- FAA A&P License
- Five or more years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Two or more years of experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or other Management role within aircraft maintenance
Compensation
- $93,000/yr to $115,000/yr
- There is a profit sharing program in place
