What we are expecting from you

  • Sales of EMG Automotive products and fully managing customers within the assigned region: UK 90, FRANCE 10 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and key decision makers 
  • Build and maintain opportunity pipeline in CRM and convert opportunity to wins, driving sales revenue 
  • Contribute and be accountable for customer forecasting 
  • Implement pricing actions 
  • Negotiate T&Cs and commercial agreements in coordination with Contract management and Supply Teams  
  • Drive RFQ in coordination with Technology, Pricing, Application Engineering teams 

Who we are looking for

  • An Individual with a Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry degree, or equivalent
  • Professional experience in sales and/or business development of B2B technical products. 
  • Experience in Key Account Management 
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region

Ideally, you will also have

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships 
  • Strong commercial sales negotiations
  • Experience in effectively managing sales pipeline and opportunities using CRM
