What you will be doing 

You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Project Manager inside the A320 Family Program and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Throughout the 2 year programme, you will visit the different departments of the A320 Family Program including the Chief Engineering, Customer Offerability, Flightline & Delivery, Central Programme & Planning.

• Furthermore you will have the possibility to get closer to what&39;s at the heart of our company: Producing aircrafts and following them through the production process

• Striving for the integration of digital means into our project management processes

• The different stations you will follow will be spread across Europe with a focus on Germany

• Leadership of a multi functional project teams to deliver product evolution development projects on the A320 Family portfolio on cost, time, quality and performance

• Being responsible for energizing and inspiring the project team through leadership, good level of communication, people empowerment & efficient ways of working within the team

• You will learn about the latest project management methodologies and get the chance to visit multiple trainings and get internationally renowned PM certifications

What we look for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate;

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study

• Maximum of three years relevant work experience

• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development

• Autonomous working 

• High Negotiation level

What you need to apply
Degree type: a masters degree in one of the following professions: General engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA in the field of business/project management.
