PDS Tech is seeking a skilled and motivated Welding Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team! What You’ll DoAs a Welding Technician, you’ll play a key role in fabricating modular base frames and enclosure products using advanced welding and cutting techniques. You will:
Perform structural steel welding using MIG and TIG processes
Operate oxy-acetylene torches and plasma arc cutting equipment
Cut and fabricate steel of varying thicknesses
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise assembly
Conduct and support weld testing methods (including dye penetrant testing)
Work collaboratively with a skilled welding team
Maintain compliance with ISO9001:2015 quality standards and strict safety protocols
What We’re Looking For1–5 years of structural steel welding experience
AWS D1.1 welding certification
Experience with weld testing methods (e.g., dye penetrant)
Familiarity with framing and metalworking equipment (shears, brakes, etc.)
Proficiency with plasma arc cutting and laser measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Pay Details: $27.00 per week
