* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years of modification and fabrication experience on General Aviation/Corporate Jet Aircraft.
* Experience with aircraft sheetmetal fabrication, installation, and repair.
* Proficiency with aircraft structural tools and measuring instruments.
* Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident.
* A passing sheetmetal plate test is required prior to starting. Preferred Skills
* Airframe License or equivalent aerospace technical credentials. Job Duties & Functions
* Read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, blueprints, and engineered drawings to complete assigned work accurately
* Lay out patterns and templates for sheet metal parts and assemblies
* Fabricate, trim, form, assemble, and install sheet metal components and structures on aircraft airframes
* Perform structural repairs, replacements, and modifications as directed
* Use hand tools and powered equipment in accordance with safety procedures
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
* Accurately document completed work, materials used, and maintain records per regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with other maintenance teams to facilitate efficient aircraft turnaround Physical Requirements & Environment
* Work in an aircraft hangar and shop floor environment, including areas requiring climbing, bending, and stooping
* Frequent use of hand and power tools and adherence to PPE requirements
