Boeing Global Services Engineering is seeking a Mid-Level Maintenance Program Analyst to become part of the Optimized Maintenance Programs (OMP) Engineering Team at our Seattle, WA location.
The OMP Team offers customer-unique optimized maintenance solutions providing great value to global commercial, Business, Government, and military customers. We provide the best maintenance intervals based on customer historical fleet data and utilization. Boeings maintenance program engineering knowledge, data analysis methodology, and design certification expertise are utilized to deliver a custom program optimized for each airline customer’s maintenance operation.

Position Responsibilities:
- Performs, leads, and provides guidance and consultation in the review and evaluation of engineering data, in-service reliability data and regulations to support the definition and maintenance of initial minimum scheduled maintenance requirements and continued airworthiness
- Performs, leads, and guides others to analyze requirements to produce customized maintenance programs to optimize deliverables
- Validates customer maintenance programs, initiates and guides root cause analysis and resolution of in-service technical problems
- Leads customer engagement and evaluation to provide technical solutions to support contractual and industry requests
- Develops complex technical communications on maintenance programs
- Maintains technical currency with changes in Boeing scheduled maintenance programs, design configuration and certification related to aircraft maintenance, and associated industry and regulatory guidance
- Conducts research and analyses to develop and verify the effectiveness of maintenance data and procedures.
- Develops maintenance and supply support solutions to optimize customer operations.
- Investigates and provides solutions and technical guidance to customer technical inquires and/ or in-service technical problems.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience with aircraft maintenance programs analysis
- 1+ years experience in Adobe Frame Maker Application
- Aircraft Maintenance Program Engineering experience; especially maintenance program development and fleet support
- Maintenance Review Board, MSG-3, and Industry Steering Committee background
- Experience working directly with Customer and Regulators on maintenance program approval
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate)
- 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years related work experience, 4 years related work experience, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Proficient in Adobe Frame Maker Application – 4 years minimum experience
- Commercial aircraft maintenance experience
- Data analytics experience, including statistical analysis tools for determining scheduled maintenance
- Experience using technical manual authoring tools for maintenance programs, such as SMITS and eMod
- Associates degree or higher

Summary Pay Range: $82,450- $111,550
