INTRODUCTION:
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform
Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
Documents audit results in standard formats
Works under general supervision
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Malmstrom AFB, MT
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment, repairs and modification
3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience
Capable of working variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Technical data experience
AS9100 Revision D experience
DCMA INST 8210 experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 3 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $62,000 to $110,000 Annually
