Asa Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible forproviding technical support and service to our customers in Alabama. You willplay a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of ourproducts and systems, and in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and youll work out ofour Alabama location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our business by:
- Providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our products andsystems
- Conducting preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Training customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products
- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfactionwith our services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide on-site technical support andtroubleshooting for our products and systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance andrepairs to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to resolve complex technical issues
- Train customers on the proper use andmaintenance of our products
- Build strong relationships withcustomers and ensure their satisfaction with our services
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Field ServiceTechnician or in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge andexpertise in relevant technologies
- Excellent problem-solving andtroubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicatecomplex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in conducting preventivemaintenance and repairs
WE VALUE:
- Associates degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience with Tridium, Niagara, N4, EBI, or other commercial industrial systems
- Tridium Niagara Certification
- Experience working with open protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.)
- Experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Continuouslearning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
