Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IMC/P Coordinator/Logistics Analyst, Journeyman to serve as the focal point for effectively scheduling the induction and completion of Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) in support of mission availability objectives. This role involves maintaining operational communication with the Air Vehicle IPT, FST, HMX-1, and others to ensure proactive and efficient use and scheduling of resources and materials. The successful candidate will support comprehensive analyses across the full spectrum of design interface and maintenance planning, providing recommendations for optimizing logistics element requirements in support of aircraft, training, or SE programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule the induction and completion of PMIs in support of mission availability objectives.
- Maintain operational communication with Air Vehicle IPT, FST, HMX-1, and other relevant parties.
- Provide detailed planning oversight to ensure efficient use and scheduling of resources and materials.
- Support comprehensive analyses for design interface and maintenance planning.
- Provide recommendations for tailoring, optimizing, and establishing logistics element requirements.
- Manage unscheduled inspections/preventive maintenance of aircraft, engines, and assigned material.
- Support FST with reliability and maintainability data and resource requirements determination.
- Conduct logistics, supportability, level of repair, and operational analyses including maintenance, supply, reliability, and cost data.
- Provide recommendations for maintenance concepts and sustainment strategies.
- Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and other technical data.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in direct aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modification.
- At least five (5) years of management experience in direct aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modification.
- Demonstrated experience with aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.
- Experience in initiating and maintaining technical direction within broad program objectives related to aircraft systems.
- Ability to work with large and diverse teams.
- Proven ability to provide effective guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort, including program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
Additional Information:
- Must possess a TOP SECRET clearance with Yankee White access.
- This position is contingent on contract award.
Pay: $85,487.25 - $95,006.15 per year
