What You Will Do

BASIC FUNCTIONS: Candidate will perform the work necessary to maintain, build, and inspect P&W F119-PW-100 Jet Engines and associated new technologies. Work with Field Service Representatives, Engineering, and our customers to provide world class maintenance and support.

TYPICAL DUTIES: Investigate problems and make repairs or modifications as necessary to engines, modules, and components per applicable directives. Perform a variety of related duties in support of engine programs. Refer difficulties to lead or supervisor. Perform routine maintenance of support equipment. Ability to interpret technical documentation for advanced propulsion systems.

Obtain and maintain licenses, operator permits or certifications as required. Perform additional tasks in support of business objectives and/or to develop the individuals skills. Handle process related waste in accordance with approved documented work instructions

Work overtime when required. Ability to lift heavy objects as required.

This position requires an individual who is detail oriented. Accuracy in work performed is a must.

Qualifications You Must Have

Experience in the tear-down, build-up or inspection of jet engines is required (Pratt and Whitney F119 experience preferred).

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

Airframe and Powerplant License or equivalent military experience preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access and Word).

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship 

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
