The VC-25A Quality Inspector will be a part of the Boeing Global Services team specializing with Executive Fleet aircrafts located in San Antonio, Texas.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Position Responsibilities:
- Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
- Identifies and documents discrepancies.
- Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
- Implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
The position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3&43; years of Quality Inspection experience
- 3&43; years of experience performing product or process inspections
- 3&43; years of experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Analytical and problem-solving experience to identify critical activities and tasks within work groups
- Must be willing to work any shift assigned
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with large aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) inspections.
- Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry.
- FAA- Airframe and Powerplant License or experience to obtain Repairmans Certificate.
- Experience with Boeing 7XX airplane and/or Military aircraft.
- Experience with Executive Fleet aircraft.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $70,960- $ 90,718
