Are you ready to:

  • Participate in the maintenance of the quality management system

  • Ensure the management of the calibration of tools according to the ISO17025 standard

  • Participate in the approval and verification of products according to engineering design requirements

  • Contribute to the collection, analysis and reporting of supplier quality indicators

  • Support the manufacturing, electrical/electronic parts departments in handling non-conformances (repair, rework)

  • Propose and deploy effective solutions for the resolution of non-conformities.

  • Participate in certain projects associated with Quality, and sometimes manage them

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in managing tool calibration and benchmarking.

  • Ability to analyze and process data to draw appropriate conclusions.

  • Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Autonomous in prioritizing and results oriented.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in the aerospace industry is an asset.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing a college or university degree or/and a certificate in quality assurance in the field of mechanical / electrical engineering or any other related field with 1st or 2nd year completed

Location of the internship is CAE Montru00E9al .

Internship will be carried out in person.

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 12 weeks.
