Position Overview

The Aviation Maintenance Technician 145 is responsible for inspections, repairs, maintenance, and alterations of aircraft and components under FAA regulations and company procedures. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, technical skill, and a collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and repairs per FARs, ADs, SBs, SLs, and maintenance manuals.
• Maintain and document aircraft maintenance in full compliance with FAA and company policies.
• Use RAMCO to accurately track time and tasks.
• Mentor and support less experienced mechanics.
• Support LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide on-call availability for night, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of aviation maintenance experience (145 environment preferred).
• FAA A&P License required; IA preferred.
• Experience with EC130, EC135, EC145, and/or BK117 aircraft highly desired.
• Must be familiar with electronic and paper-based maintenance documentation systems.
• RAMCO experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather and shop conditions.

Pay Range: $27.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience)

Two shifts available:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Includes a paid 30-minute lunch
• Occasional travel: ~10%
