Job Title: Line Service TechnicianLocation: Fort Myers, FL

Pay: Starting at $18/hour ($20/hour with prior aviation or line service experience)
Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable and customer-focused Line Service Technicians to join our team at a busy airport terminal in Fort Myers. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to private and corporate aviation clients while supporting all ground operations.
No aviation experience is required—however, candidates must have prior experience in a customer-facing role and a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
Shift Availability- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Second Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Must be available to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Greet arriving and departing aircraft, passengers, and crew with professionalism
- Provide concierge-level customer service to clients
- Marshal, park, and safely handle aircraft on the ramp
- Perform aircraft fueling operations in accordance with safety standards
- Load and unload passenger luggage, cargo, and aviation supplies
- Assist with towing and repositioning of aircraft
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ramp, hangar, and areas
- Operate ground support equipment (fuel trucks, tugs, etc.)
- Follow all airport, FAA, and company safety procedures
- Support additional line service and facility duties as assigned
Qualifications- Previous customer-facing experience required (hospitality, retail, service industry, etc.)
- No prior aviation experience required (training provided)
- Prior aviation, ramp, or line service experience preferred (eligible for higher starting pay)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills (Not Required)- Knowledge of aircraft types and airport operations
- Experience with fueling procedures or ground support equipment
- OSHA or safety training

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
