Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking as required.
• Mix paint and other materials according to specifications or formulas.
• Apply paint using spray guns, ensuring even coverage and a quality finish.
• Inspect completed work to ensure the surface is uniform and meets quality standards.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment after use.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Work with supervisors to ensure deadlines are met.
•Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a spray painter in industrial or automotive environments.
• Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques.
• Ability to work with spray guns and other painting tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle spray equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices related to spray painting.
• Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing tools techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
• Perform routine task in preparation in assembly, and has multiple skill level for assembly activities
