JMC Aviation are working with a global leader in the aviation industry and are looking to engage with experienced A&P Technicians.
This position is based in Dallas, TX and offers a competitive hourly rate, and some great benefits. Duties within this role are as follows:
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Perform and document work completed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Inspect incoming parts and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Operate ground support equipment as required.
- Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations.
- Assist with maintenance at off-site locations as needed.
- Assist with fuel and/or de-fuel of aircraft as needed.
- Assist with engine removal / installation as needed.
- Assist with aircraft component repair as needed.
The ideal A&P Technician would have the following -
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or substantiated equivalent experience.
- You have experience on corporate jets (preferred).
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
- You have your own basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory and control of tools.
- You have the ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required.
- You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA).
- Right to work in the United States.
