Aircraft Technician-lead

Job Description

Aircraft Technicians will be performing maintenance, modifications, and upgrades to a variety of regional jets (CRJ and ERJ). C&D checks will make up most of the work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, modifications, and upgrades on regional jets (CRJ and ERJ).
• Conduct C&D checks on aircraft.
• Ensure all maintenance and upgrades are completed to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with a team of technicians to achieve maintenance goals.

• Experience with aircraft maintenance on regional jets such as CRJ and ERJ.
• Proficiency with EMB 145, EMB 135, and ATR aircraft.
• Airframe License required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of maintenance/line maintenance experience.

• ERJ or CRJ experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Work in a large hangar space with at least 25 technicians, with 8-12 employees per aircraft. The environment is casual, and you will have your own basic tool set. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with additional hours as needed.
