Your Responsibilities:
- Perform precision structural modifications and repairs on complex airframes
- Install rivets, hi-locks, and specialty fasteners to exacting tolerances
- Read and interpret moderately complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and tech manuals
- Execute corrosion removal, refinishing, and airframe prep tasks
- Maintain personal toolsets (shadowed, engraved, inventoried) in top condition
- Support aircraft readiness for mission-critical defense operations
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in aircraft structures, assembly, or repair
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal/structural fitting techniques
- Ability to work from engineering drawings with precision and accuracy
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must bring personal tools/box (shadowed + engraved preferred)
- U.S. citizenship + valid driver’s license
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (active clearance a plus)
