* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience performing electrical/electronic maintenance and installation on aircraft.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical/electronic theories and systems sufficient to perform assigned duties.
* Experience in fabricating new hire bundles.
* Experience in routing and installing wire bundles on the aircraft without existing wiring.
* Ability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
* Ability to obtain customer approval for PL1 access; dual citizenship acceptable if US citizenship can be proved. Preferred Skills
* Depot-level or modification maintenance experience.
* Experience operating forklifts, mobile cranes, or riding-type electric elevating equipment. Job Duties & Functions
* Perform on- and off-aircraft electrical modifications to wiring and system components.
* Terminate connectors, including shielded wires, coaxial cables, and fiber optic wiring.
* Route, seal, wrap, bond, tie, and close wire harnesses per standard processes.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications, and retrofit requirements.
* Perform assembly, installation, inspection, operational testing, and quality checks.
* Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft electrical and environmental systems.
* Document modifications, repairs, inspections, and operational testing results.
* Train and assist less senior employees and lead teams on complex tasks when required.
* Prioritize workload and maintain schedules on assigned projects.
* Interpret work instructions, charts, blueprints, diagrams, and job layouts.
* Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
* Assist other team members in order to meet cost and schedule targets.
* Follow procedural, safety, and tool control requirements. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ascend and descend ladders and work in confined spaces.
* Lift loads of approximately 35 pounds.
* Exposure to elevated platforms and noise.
* Use personal protective equipment for the face, eyes, ears, hands, and arms.
* Perform finger manipulation, overhead reaching, standing, walking, crouching, and occasional 2-person lifts.
