* Facilitate hands-on technical training and on-the-job instruction.
* Conduct just-in-time and aircraft-specific classroom training.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve training issues.
* Implement and monitor training solutions to address problems effectively and efficiently.
* Assist with key learning advisor tasks as required.
* Coordinate with management to address and resolve site-specific training concerns.
* Promote a culture of learning within network training facilities.
* Apply new and creative methods to improve the products, processes, tools, and services of the team. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Work may involve standing, walking, and demonstrating tasks during hands-on training.
